Abiko Golf Club

The Abiko Golf Club has the longest history among golf courses in Chiba. Originally designed in 1930 by Rokuro Akahoshi, the first champion of the Japan Open, architects Brian Silver and  Kaigolbi remodeled the facility under the theme of “one-greenization” in 2013, garnering “Best International Renovation Award” honors by US-based Golf Magazine Ltd. Hiroshi Aoki, Yoshiro Hayashi, and other professional golfers, as well as amateur players, have launched their careers here.
